I had that when I first tried to connect, turn the router off, wait 30 secs-1min, and turn back on and try.

have a look at you routers security log and see what it says. it would log any attempts the bold makes to connect.

also see if changing to WPA using a pre-shared key on TKIP works.

it would appear people are having similiar issues, and I think most of them are on WEP.
Im not, so trying WPA might help.

hmm, not sure about it, try going to a webpage and typing in the default address of 192.168.1.1. This usually brings up the router page. and somewhere will display the security log.

not all routers use the 192.168.1.1 page. from googling it it seems that the BT home hub uses this: 192.168.1.254.
it will then let you log in, (which if you havent changed should be the default) and it may be called event log instead of security log.

you can also change the WEP to WPA on that page.

no problems. DCHP server unreachable messages always mean that the router is just not letting it connect and so needs to be reset so they know what they are supposed to be doing lol.

It may be due to the fact that the wifi network cannot pass port 443 which is required to connect to the blackberry network.
