Hey there. So I have a new Raytel Tellphone system installed in my car that pairs with my 8703e VZW BB when I'm in the car so that calls come through the radio. Nifty. One aspect of the system isn't working though - the address book is supposed to wirelessly sync to the Tellphone system, and it's failing to do that. Tellphone support has been...unhelpful, and I haven't come across any relevant threads elsewhere.

I'm on 4.1.0 software and 4.2 Desktop Manager, if that matters at all. If anyone has had a similar issue they know how to resolve, I'd appreciate any advice or guidance you might have. Thanks.
