Ok - I must be dumb (or just new) - but when I use my BB browser to go to this site, all I get is two clickable links ("here" and the bb site), and neither of them takes me to where I can get downloads, etc. Where is the help! link?

What am I doing wrong?

When I go to that site and use the menu to view the page address, it says it's mobile.blackberry.com/MBC/. That could be a carrier-specific URI but it doesn't appear to be.

Make sure your browser configurations are correct. Sometimes if you have it set to emulate Microsoft IE or Netscape mobile sites don't display as designed.

Are you sure you're not using the WAP browser? It must be labeled either internet browser or BlackBerry Browser. In 4.2.1 you may have to switch browsers by entering the url then clicking the trackwheel and selecting Change Browser.
Emulation will make no difference one way or another.
