Default Unable to delete multiple calls in phone app list

Please Login to Remove!

While in the phone app I am unable to delete multiple calls. I have tried the usual way of highlighting the first and holding down the shift key until to you go to the last in the list. Just like email. But it doesn't work in the phone app. You can delete multiple calls while in the phone logs - but not in the phone app. There are 2 Torches in the home and they both do this. So you are left deleting each entry one at a time. My sister has a Torch OS 6 and she can delete multiple calls from the phone app. Maybe RIM changed how it works and decided to go this way - but I thought I would see if anybody else noticed this. And if you are able to delete multiple calls - how did you get that to happen?

Thanks,
Sandy

I agree... thanks for your input - it helps to know others are having the same problem, just in case you missed some setting you didn't see.

Thanks!

I talked with RIM Tier 2 support - they confirmed this is a known bug; has already been fixed - as soon as a carrier issues a new release with a bundle number higher than 1355, that release will have the fix.

Thanks very much for taking the time to post that. It's nice to know there is a fix on the way!
