I have an 8830 and it seem that 9 times out of 10, caller id doesn't work when the phone rings. It just shows the incoming number. However, after the call, it will show in the call log the name of who called.

Any ideas?

That's weird. Did you upgrade your OS?

I'm running the 4.2.2.66 code. Nothing modified, just the blackberry OS.
