Synching Calendar

Have two users on 8700g devices that their calendars won't sync. They are able to put Outlook calendar items onto their device but not vice versa. If an appointment is placed on the device, it won't sync to Outlook. We are using Outlook 2003 with DM 4.2.2 and Handheld 4.2.1. I have been able to sync the device with wireless turned off, but both users want it wireless.
