Really the BlackBerry as whole.. Email, Instant Messaging, MySpace, Web, RSS Feeds, Poker, great communation tool so I can keep in touch with everyone.

For me, it was waking up one day to find my .Mac email had been upgraded to MobileMe on Apple's end and was now instant push to my Blackberry through BIS as opposed to the 15-minute poll cycle before. I may actually have had wood at that moment.

I would have to say the blackberry messenger. It's SOOO much better than the other IM clients (i.e. AIM, Yahoo).

I just have to say, once you go Blackberry you never go back!

So far few 3rd party applications have been mentioned...

I too agree the copy and paste is cool, as well as AutoText replacing words like "didnt" with "didn't" automatically.

I was really happy to find my BlackBerry Bold came unlocked from my carrier!

I also love the Autotext and how you can add your own special ones to it...

But mostly i love the blank homescreen themes combined with the keyboard shortcuts..clean look and really speeds up navigating through the phone.
