Default I have no email.

Please Login to Remove!

I swaped out my 7130. backed up all my settings. Now I have no incoming or out going e-mail. when I go to E-mail settings. It still shows my Gmail account. is There anything I need to do to correct this?

Have you logged into your webmail account and assigned the PIN to the account?
Also, you can push out a service book from there.

Do you mean the BB webmail account? I just tried to get on to that, but it kept giving me an error message. I don't think I have a pin for the account.If I do I don't know what it is. how do I get this service book"pushed" out to me?
Also in the Email I just tried to send, it gave me a red X and under message status it said"unable to look upthe user info in database".

apparently RIM is experiencing problems which is why you can't log on to your web account right now. Problems since Friday with no end in sight. Its affected a number of our users her in FL

my Carrier now works, so i think it's up for everybody, try again

in your BB , you can find the PIN in the "Options" (wrench icon) then in "Status"

then login to your BIS/BWC account, go into Profiles and use "change handheld"

there will also be a "Send Service Book" button in Profiles (after associating the correct PIN, send the service book)
