in header section of 8700C, there is cassette image next to number of emails not read. How does one remove this icon. I checked voice mail and nothing in the inbox. Took out battery, no luck.

i accidentaly deleted all of mines

1. Login to www.my.t-mobile.com,
2. click on icon of your BB beside Hello: YOUR NAME & your phone number after logging-in,
3. click on > Set up BlackBerry Internet E-mail,
4. click on Settings/Service Books,
5. click on Send Service Books...
you shoud see a pop-up window saying Service Books Successfully Sent, if not, repeat step #4

Your BB should receive message from Activation Server indicating that Service Books have been received by your BB.

Make sure you do not have any saved VM messages . . .

Call your phone, leave a message. Call your voicemail play and listen to that whole message, then erase it. Should disappear shortly after you hang up.
