We recently Installed Exhange 2007 and BES 5

Is there a way through BES to specifiy which contacts get syncronized? Some users have thousands of email addresses in their contacts on exchange. Is there a way they could create a blackberry address book, and have it pull their contacts from the blackberry and sync with only that book?
