Hello im new to this blackberry world i have a blackberry storm 9530 it was with Verizon but it unlocked now im using it for AT&T now the problem is i don't have the option of use mms = i cant receive picture text or send at all im wonder if anybody can help me with this issue

i try that and nothing i dont know if im doing something wrong at all i download the os and have it in phone i think but in the part of 2. On the PC, go to C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\ResearchInMotion\Share d\LoaderFiles\**your OS version**\Java.
Create a new folder and name is ATT. Find the .cod named net_rim_bb_browser_daemon and move the cod to your new folder.

i find the file do i move the whole file in that folder

and then in this part im lost 3. Plug in device and open DM > AppLoader > Add/Remove Programs and work your way through the process to remove the net_rim_bb_browser_dameon module. You won't notice any changes until after you see the Application loader screen, don't click any check boxes, just click Next, and then Finish. ONLY after clicking Finish will you see a quick notice that the browser_daemon module is being removed.
Close DM on completion. Allow your Storm to reboot.

i plung in the device and go to add/remove program and it say work throught the process to remove
the net_rim_bb_browser_dameon module nothing happen nothing loads up and dont see the click next at all

Are you opening Desktop Manager > Applications and running the loader process?

i do i open up the desktop manager ok then i click on application loader then i go to start on the Add/Remove application and nothing shows up

APN: wap.cingular
Username:WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
i go there and it shows emgsm.vzw3g.com

Did you manually install the AT&T Service Books as indicated in the link posted in post #2?

So, .... follow the directions EXACTLY as posted, and edit and enter the correct APN for AT&T... the vzw3g.com entry is Verizon, and that won't work for you.

i did it but i notice on
7. Now go to AT&T BIS Page log in and resend your service books.

i go i put information in and it says i cant not creat account that i have to go to host and register but nothing happens
