why is it when im connected thru my wifi at home, but the signal (for ex: gprs/edge) is appearing on all caps? right when its all caps its connected using the data service of your carrier? how do i make my BB curve 9300 use the wifi connection instead of the data?

If WiFi is connected, all data will go that way, unless you have an app(s) that specifically require using the carrier's cell network, i.e. text messages, etc.

its just really weird, cause i was using my GF's bb9300 and when im connected thru my wifi, the gprs/edge is not in all caps. and when im not using wifi and im using data, gprs/edge is in all caps. hmmm. is there a fault in my device? what do you think?
