If you bought from Cingular then yes it does ship with plastic holster and headset.

I do not like the plastic holster. It can take so much effort to get your device out of it, I have sent mine flying accross the room! Thye have also been know to damage the finish on your Blackberry.

I can also vouch for the 'flying accross the room' issue this can cause!

Get a new case if you decide to go this way - I am 4 weeks into BB and will never look back - I had a PPC Phone previously and the BB wins hands down imho.

I have not had the problem with the BB flying across the room, but I did used to have a lot of problems using the holster - difficulty getting the BB into the holster to begin with. Then I realized I had been trying to put the BB into the holster backwards. That is, I had been putting it in with the face and buttons facing out, which seemed more intuitive. But it is supposed to be put in with the face and keys facing in. Once I figured that out, I stopped having any problems

Treo's are like dating a hot looking girl that puts out intermittently and won't perform when you really need it. Treo's a great concept but fall way too short on reliability.

BB's are the only way to go unless your primary function is playing games and restarting your phone twice a day or searching for a charger or removing the battery or you know what I mean.
