I have attempted to update the software on my BB 8830. I have v18.104.22.168. Each time I connect my device to the Desktop manager it recommends that I update the software.
I have done this 3 times in the past. Each time it crashes the device. and will not reboot or anything. I had taken it to Sprint store, and each time they have to replace my device because they have no clue what to do. (Now they give me refurbished models as they say they don't have anything else.)
I have seached the internet often to see if anyone else has this issue. (no luck)
Because of past experiences, I have still not updated this device. Any suggestion?
