Default Back to the Pearl

Have been trying on several potential replacements for the Pearl last several weeks but came back to it.

First was the new Curve 8900. Thought I wanted a full keyboard, but found the Curve II keys to be too small as the Pearl keys have 2 letters per key and thus much larger and easier to press. Also was too used to the lighter weight of the Pearl.

Next tried the Storm. Way too heavy and found I was using the Suretype more than qwerty. But virtual keyboard wasn't as preferable than physical as it lacked the tactile feedback.

Went off the farm and tried a Treo Pro with Windows Mobile. Nice but email is no where as good as BB and all the shortcuts. Plus form factor is close to the 8900. Close to being the same weight.

Given I keep phone in pant pocket, email as the main app, light weight is important as well as small size, guess nothing comes close to the 8120.

Cool man, appreciate the input on the other phones. Was going to shop around for other BBs. You're feedback is much appreciated, definitely helping me out. I, myself, am probably going to stick with the Pearl. It's just so damn nasty
