Had a problem with a user's handheld so I swapped his SIM card into a new one and reactivated wirelessly (BES 4.0). Activation completed successfully and all is working well exept I notice his Notes did not sync. BES and handheld are set to sync wirelessly for the Memo/Notes folder. Was hoping for a solution short of disabling wireless altogether for that folder.

If you are talking about wirelss sync for memopad (ie. Journal), try delete/undelete the Desktop SYNC service book on handheld to trigger a slow sync... Also, check that BES is listed as Manager with create/delete documents access on the server copy of the Journal database ACL.
