hello all

i need help with a remote user, he has wiped all email and i need to get him to resync, he has a 8900 and i need instructions on getting all his email back to the device, we are running BES 4.1

That's not really possible.
With BES 4.1, the maximum pre-population settings are 14 days or 750 messages... whichever is reached first.
You'd also need to remove the user account from BES and re-add it before doing a new Enterprise Activation on the user's handheld.

In addition to what Penguin stated, if the BES is at least 4.1.5 and the handheld is running at least 4.5 then the user could do a remote lookup of other messages that fall outside of the 14 day/750 message limit.
