First off Many thanks For taking time to read this and hope you can help..

New to Blackberrys in my Job.. And Cant seem to get information on what Models of Blackberrys have the options to allow more than one exchange outlook style email address and Not using POP3/IMAP etc.. Is it True the Torch can?

What about? the 8520 Curve

Basically the Support guys need access to a couple of inbox`s one for them and One for Support emails ( they dont want to change to a Distribution List)

How do I go about Setting them up? other than the enterprise activation?

All BlackBerry devices only support one BES account per device. No model supports adding multiple BES accounts.

If you need to add additional email accounts, then you can set them up using BIS... but they will be email-only. No wireless PIM sync.
You can add up to 10 BIS email accounts.

In short, no.
Blackberry can accomodate up to 12 email addresses.
1 BES exchange account
10 POP/IMAP accounts via BIS
1 device account through Blackberry.net
And that's it...
