i have a 9530 unit and looks like this when i power on the unit.

i tap the button (ok) but nothing happens...

Please i need you advise on how to fix this problem, im just a newbee in BB phones, thank you in advance.

this belongs in a different section of the forums, but you just need to reload the software.

go to the 9530 section, check the sticky for the latest version of the OS and download it.

install and then load, and you should be ok.

Also, use BBSAK to do a complete wipe / factory reset.

Sir thank you very much my 9530 is working good now, i used the bbsak and update the os and its all ok now thank you...
