PIN logging only logs when someone does 'Compose PIN' from their device.

The PIN is in the BES logs somewhere, but that's a lot of work for a single PIN. It would be much easier to just do a Lookup for the person and add them by PIN again.

You already stated that you're not logging PIN messages... so there's no log for you to look at.
There would be a .csv log for PIN messages in your log folder.

What a min but if you look in the dispatcher log file (servername_DISP_01_Date)
and search for the EMAIL ADDRESS that will provide you with PIN, Agent instance, SRP router, etc.
Isn't that what he is looking for?

They're looking for a BlackBerry Messenger invite that was done via PIN message.
To my knowledge, the dispatcher service would not be involved in this process at all, hence no reference to in the DISP logs.
