...ahhh but that would require the pages I am viewing to have style sheets. ...and since I wrote them, they do not. It is my own fault. Just didn't care enough to fix after zen. Thanks for the thought though.

I would like to know this as well...can only tell you that it doesn't appear on the Blackberry HELP! page at the moment. Anyone have any insider info?

I used the Zen theme for 5 minutes and removed it, then went to the 'Bharti' Vodafone and then to the Cingular, none worked for me. I've used Overlord on my 8700 since April. Believe it or not, the white text on a black background is easier to read and much easier on the eyes. All bow down to the 'lord...The Overlord!

i love the overlord theme for its black background and white text.
Ive been trying to figure out how to recreate it in Plazmic Theme Builder since i'd like to change the pictures in overlord but keep the overall colour scheme.

I'm using the Overlord theme on my 8700c with a plain black background picture and it looks SHARP!

Overlord Signal Strength and Battery Banner
The Overlord Theme is cool. However, I'd like to know how the banner that displays the Signal Strength and Battery Meter was changed.
The Plazmic Theme Builder with the Plazmic CDK is a great piece of software, but it has only those annoying "wings" for the signal and battery displays, and this, to me, limits severely the overall creativity of the package.
The Overlord Theme, obviously, does not suffer from this limitation, and I would be grateful to know how it is accomplished.
Warm regards,
Firefishe

Another thing I've seen is that in Theme Builder, when the Banner Button (topmost button) is selected, there is a click-on selection entitled "Background," which, in the 8700 base theme, appears to be the "wings" aspect of the GUI.
So might one just create a new Background with a different pic, other than the "wings?"
Any thoughts would be enlightening.
Warm regards,

I just answered my own question by *actually clicking on the Background selection in Theme Manager.* All it seems to do is ***Change the Banner Background Image***. That's what I get for eating too many Doritos and Drinking Too Much Pop!
Time to actually test the app before I start asking q's. Well, back to the HOWTO's!
Sorry 'bout that, folks!

People may be assuming that Overlord was created with the Theme Builder. Smoothie (which sucks) was created with the Theme Builder. Overlord and Wave were not.
Plazmic (Rim's preferred software partner) did create the Theme Builder but also do original programing of themes.
