Search for the killer apps thread in this forum and start downloading. Also search to unlock the Zen theme.

Though I recommend doing OTA installs whenever possible.

Namely, read the manuals, read the FAQ's, and search here for relevant topics. Email setup isn't like any other device nor is like your typical POP or IMAP email client.

I am a techno geek and I have had every phone out there and I found that none can compare to the blackberry. It's like getting a powerbook g4. Once you go mac you just don't go back.
