I am using Message Alerts and have a question....if I have a sound tied to an alert, the sound plays even if the profile is "Vibrate" or "Quiet".

I assumed it would behave per the profile. Is this just how it is or am I missing a setting?

I received a response from the dev. You have to go into the settings and turn off the alerts there. Not what I was hoping for.

This is not the first time a 3rd party app couldn't do something because of RIM
