Hiya
Am planning on getting a blackberry but cannot decide between the BOLD or Curve 8900. They seem to be like for like, except that the BOLD has a smaller camera and a larger phone.
Can anyone enlighten me?

It's really form factor. I would visit a store and type on both devices. You will quickly make your decision. If price isn't a big consideration I would look at the new Bold (9700). Smaller form factor and better camera but still has the type of keyboard that I prefer.

Just think of the 9700 as a Bold 9000 crammed into an 8900!

Welcome to the group.

I can't argue with the above. Aside from features (GPS, WIFI, Camera . . .) go for the one that feels best to you.
