365 is generally a hardware error. In some cases it has been resolved an OS reload, but in most, you have to replace the device.

Read the FAQ and the sticky in the section for your phone. Explains it all.

Trying to find an OS for your 7290 devices is not the easiest of tasks. There is no sticky at the top to the 7200 forum with the OS.

Here is where you can download an OS for your phone https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...B42B2DBB8F27B6

I would start with following this link : How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

This will wipe all the data off of the device, including the current OS. Make backups if at all possible. Once completed it will leave the device with a JVM 507 error, this indicates there is no OS on the device.

Once you get the 507 error, follow these steps How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ

Good luck

Could you please elaborate on what you mean. What happens when you attempt this? What step are you getting stuck at?
