help i am struggling to assign ringtones to different callers. I have gone thru the process but when i receive a call it does not use the custom tone. i think it is something i am doing wrong between the sim phone book and the address book. i am customing in the address book is this correct.

Yes you do it through the address book. Go to the address book and highlight the person you want to assign a ringtone to. Click the Blackberry key then scroll down to Add Custom Ring Tone.
