I don't know if only TSupport named callers got this email or not, but I received one from RIM last night indicating this new service from them:

If you receive the email you'll see the instructions on how to setup your account.
Best part is, it looks like they finally listened to admins in the field. At this site is a application to check whether a smart phone is ready for enterprise activation!
Not only that but you can manage your service calls and view your support agreement.
Not too shabby.....
