email sent to BB are bounced back

I have a problem with some of the BB's at work. Most of them are bouncing emails back to people who send emails to us.
The failure notice says that it rejected the address ****@mycingular.blackberry.net , now I realize that att no longer uses the old cingular address. All of our BB's have no trace of that address in their settings and neither does our server.
It seems that our emails are being forwarded to mycingular.blackerry.net but I have no idea what is doing so.
other points;
we are receiving email on our BB's and our server.
anyone else having this issue?
