Default Sync Issues with Notes

Please Login to Remove!

Notes Client = 6.02
Bes = 4.0
Desktop Manager = 4.0
Blackberry = 7230
Hide Filed Messages = Yes

First post here!

User filed 200-300 emails from BB inbox into folders with no GPRS coverage present. Wireless sync did not work after connection was restored and nor did manual sync with cable when user came into office. I checked his Redirector Settings-Folder Redirection and noticed a large number of folders were not ticked. All folders are now ticked, but still a manual sync does not update email messages on Notes client nor does it place them into destination folders.

Anything else I can try?
