I've got a BES Express 5.0.2 on a 2008SBS w exchange 2007 sp2 (same server), with only one user, who wasn't having any issues. Not sure what changed, but now she receives calendar updates from exchange, but handheld updates don't push back to exchange.

This issue started when BES express was 5.0.1, i just upgraded to 5.0.2.

IEMS test for that user, or any user gives:

Ive done:

1. Updated CDO/MAPI to latest, 6.5.81.90
2. Changed besadmin account, assigned all permissions.
3. Wiped and recreated user bes account, wiped & reactivated bb.

does that user have any eleveated permissions in exchange or in AD at all?

permissions set are

get-mailboxserver <Exchange2007> | add-adpermission -user <BESAdmin> -accessrights GenericRead, GenericWrite -extendedrights Send-As, Receive-As, ms-Exch-Store-Admin

and exchange admin view.
