Default 7100i Loading Help "PLEASE"

Please Login to Remove!

I wiped my bb out and am trying to load the os onto it but whenever I try to after it loads the radio software it freezes up. It sais reconnecting to JVM and is about half way done but nothing I tryed it like 5 times now but no luck.

If anyone could help I would be very gratefull.

it takes 30 40 minutes to run through the whole set up.

thats wierd, when i did mine 2 days ago it was like 22 minutes in all

I know it took me a full hour because I did it on my lunch, and I was late getting back. I do have a ton of software and contacts on it though.

Thanks for the posts. What I did was whe it seemed to freeze up I took out my battery for a second and put it back in as fast as I could and it started up and finished the o/s load process.
