Default RSS Feeds

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have just restored my BB 9800 Torch using BB Protect after the software crashed.

Since the restore, I have lost all my RSS Feeds. Is there any way to retrieve them?

I also have a backup of my phone on my computer if that would be of any help.

Please assist.

Cheers.

Default Re: RSS Feeds

What are you using and what have you done so far?

Depeding on you feed reader and settings, if you are using a media card your subscriptions and content are probably on the card. After you start the reader and accept terms and conditions, the reader should populate.

If it doest work as I say, I would prepare to do do a selective restore and scroll the list of databases. See if you see an individual database with a name that matches your feed reader, and selectively restore the databases you see.

Hi,

I am using BB Social Feeds/RSS. When I start the Reader, there is no option to restore from media card. I have also tried a selective restore, but could not find anything that resembles the RSS reeds.

I'm not familiar with social feeds, dont use it. See what others say.

I use BlackBerry News and BlackBery Podcasts. Social feeds is removed. But I don't have t initiate a restore if I switch BlackBerrys or upgrade te OS or anything like that.

Any anyway, now that you have identified what you are doing, maybe someone else can help.
