i dont understand anything on this forum... im trying to figure out this phone (8830 world) but i cant understand what you all are talking about...

any help would be appreciated...

im trying to link with one of my buddies on bb messanger... i put his pin in and then send a request... but it just says pending... tried deleting it and doing it again... and same thing...

Your buddy will need to "accept" your invite first, before you can communicate via BBM with him.

You can send him a PIN message via the Message folder, if you like.

when i send the pin message... it says sent... but in my message folder it is highlighted red... what does that mean...?

pretty sure all PIN messages show up red in the Messages folder (depending on theme). Doesnt mean anything. The checkmark should have a little "D" in it if it was delivered. "R" means read. "X" means failed to send.

Not all PIN are red.. only those set as Level 1 Messages.

You define your Level 1 Messages at your BIS setup site.
