Hello all - first time poster, company just got a few 9530's with a BES and the task has fallen to me to help iron out any user issues... so far things have gone great, just a few issues here and there... I checked the first two pages of threads and could find nothing on this:

Issue: When a meeting request comes in and is opened by the user on the Storm it does not appear as a standard meeting with the ability to accept/reject. This is random. For example on the same meeting one user might have these options but the other wont.

I have done some searching, not really found anything that answers the question... was hoping someone here has run into this...

We have tested it on several occasions and I CANNOT recreate when desired, it happens when it wants to... hope someone has some knowledge on the subject...

Carnag3, is this an issue you have experienced with the Storms? Does reactivating fix it permanently or does it come back randomly?

Are all the storms on the latest software? I have our only Storm and it is fine but mine is a 9500 (in the UK).

I don't suppose you have a different BB to test this with do you? Could be a user issue but that could take forever to find without a benchmark.

If the Storms are all on the same version why don't you put a "bad" user on a "good" user's Storm and see what happens. At least you will know if it's user-specific and can naroow down the troubleshooting.
