Default Sluggish

Please Login to Remove!

I've noticed lately that my otherwise smoothly running 8830 has become a bit sluggish... specifically there is a delay sending text messages and emails -- like it's hesitating or something -- ???

For File Free I have: 6833648 Bytes (what is that 6MB?) -- I think that should be enough right?

Any help is apprecaiated -- thanks

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)

You're low on memory. Try to get around 10-12mb Free.

So I deleted a couple apps -- Audible (doesn't work right anyway), Help, BB Weather (always giving me problems) and deleted all my Contacts pictures from the device and instead transferred them to Outlook. And now I'm up to 8.2MB -- ??? I've done all the memory freeing tactics from prior threads (including that one extensive but excellent one). I presume 8.2MB is still low? How the heck does it keep getting low on me???

Trying moving whatever media you have on the device (pictures, ringtones, etc) to a media card.

Are you completely closing the Apps you are not using?

Did you delete the video sample that comes with your device?

What about voice dialing, if you are not using it?
