Called att 611 today to pay my bill, and I noticed that it said business customer on the recording and not customer. Also, I've been getting a few txt's talking about my business account. And it has links for business stuff when I log onto my account on my laptop.

Are all blackberry plans going to business plans? Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't believe so. Do you have a discount from somewhere? I have a discount from the Air Force, so I get business care too.

i do have a discount from target where i work. i never thought of that actually. but i had a discount from staples where i used to work and it never said business customer. weird

It may be because the account was inappropriately set up as BES instead of BIS in the billing system. Call customer care and inquire about it. 800.331.0500

That would not change out of the blue.

That's why i said it may have been set up inappropriately. Or someone accidently changed it when they accessed your account. It happens. People in call centers make mistakes. We don't mean to.
