I got locked out of my BB while synchronizing with desktop manager.. anyway the contact list was gone and i had a backup in outlook from where i got my 900 contacts..

Now the question is, while i am receiving calls i can not see their names, also when i am typing their number their names dont show up until the number is dialed.. for this, i have to go to my contact book and dial but i still cant know who is calling me..

Any idea???

it might be a setting in the securrity settings.......
menue>options>security>firewall>check contact list

that should resolve the issue
