maybe you got a defective device. think about taking it back for an exchange if your problems persist. good luck.

I have seen this a couple of times last week alone. You have a dead keyboard. You need to warranty replace. Sorry wish I had better news.

Geez, that made my head hurt. I text message a lot, but I don't let shorthand make it into general typing. Ouch.

yes i did it loads again but yea I'm still stuck on the front screen and not working i got a incoming call it showed but could not answer it.

Yeah i took the phone to a local verizon dealer this morning and the lady said I have a defective battery cuz it wasnt a blackberry battery but im like what does a battery have to do with the function of the keyboard or the trackball to work. And yes I have insurance thank god i got it .

But later today at 3 im going to go back to the place i got the phone and exchange it cuz yea it might be defective and its only been bout 3 weeks and i havent dropped it or scratched it so yeap.

+1 on this. Why abbreviate when you have a BlackBerry?? Or better yet, when you post from an actual computer. This is MUCH worse than "ebonics"!

Since Verizon limits the text messages to 160 characters, I abbreviate and use text lingo. It's also faster to use abbreviations.

But, posting from a computer I use normal language.
