What does everyone put on the Owner settings under Options? I first put my name and address there, but after realizing that it is what shows when you turn on the key lock I don't know if that's the best idea

I just my name and whatever interesting quote I find. Right now it says "A mind without purpose will walk in dark" I'll probably change it soon.

I figure no one in this day and age would bother returning a lost BlackBerry, I got a password and all for security.

I would bother to return a lost blackberry. I would do whatever I could to find the owner and return it.

I have my mailing address and home phone number. Plus my wife's mobile number on an ICE line spaced below my info.

I've got my name, e-mail and a backup phone number so they can call me (if I find a good soul out there).

I have my contact info. There actually are still some honest people who would return it!! Last Sunday, my wife forgot and left her purse at a restaurant with cash, AMEX, and Curve 8310!!! When we returned to the restaurant, some nice person had turned it in to restaurant management with EVERYTHING in it.

My name on it.

I used to have my home address there, but when I activated my BES, the IT guys changed it to our head office address. I know I can change it, but I think I leave it as is for the moment.

A buddy of mine had his phone number only on the owner screen. Guess which number? Yup - his Blackberry phone number. When he lost it and lamented the fact that no honest people had called him to return it, I asked what was on the owner screen. When I asked him what phone number, he got an embarrassed look on his face and said, "Oh. That's not good." Nope. It's not too good at all.
