Hello Again!

This time I have my same phone, BB9330 (6.0.0.524). When BBM-ing it will often just black out and reboot. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I'm having a similar issue. I'm thinking it might be a loose battery or the memory is overwhelmed. I don't have a lot of apps or photos, etc. but I'm seeing the hourglass running a lot lately.

Yes,

I think you are correct. I put some scotch tape over the battery anvoilàla! When it gets jarred now it does not reboot.

This phone is mdefinitelytely a lower end quality then other BB's I've had!

this was going on with my 9300 and was not a battery issue..it went on for about 1-2 weeks (my 9300 was only 4 mths old) then it finally DIED completely so they do not give you a new one-they send a refurbished one
that worked fine but number 8 you have to press hard-probably orignal problem with that phone. So I bought another -have the refurbished as a spare....found out I needed a new "9300" sim card!
When you buy a new phone- T-mobile KEEPS THE NEW SIM CARDS!!!!
I had to go back and demand the new sim card I was still using a sim card from an old BB flip phone and appartantly it didn't jive with the 9300 I bought. I also have more issues with sounds but that's another issue
