9300 tethering with Playbook

Hi all,
I cannot manage to tether my 9300 with my playbook. I am on BES, but our sysadmins told me there is nothing that blocks the tethering.
I managed to tether the Playbook with my wife's Nokia, I changed the SIM card, put mine (Orange Spain) in her Nokia and it tethered greatly.
But when I inserted her Vodafone SIM in my 9300, tethering failed.
I spoke to Orange, they said it was a matter of allowing the BIS service - they configured it, but again, nothing, no tethering with my 9300.
The frustrating thing is that my Blackberry Playbook tethers with everything, but not with my Blackberry 9300.
The problem seems that the Bluetooth does not recognize my 9300 for tethering, though it does recognize it for bridging.
Any ideas would be more than welcome.

Same problems here. I'm trying the method of using the bberry as a dial up modem from the blackberry website. No bueno. Can't figure it out. Ive tried everything. Let me know if u get it. Thanks, matt
