Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I am new here and to the blackberry world. I want to read my html email on my blackberry... How do I set this up.. and, also, I do not always get a full page view on web pages. Do I need a different browser? I have bb browser and cingular browser.

HTML mail isn't supported.

What do you mean by "I do not always get a full page view"? Can you provide a sample URL? It sounds like you're using the WAP (Cingular) browser. Try using Browser/Internet Browser. If you don't have an icon for either of those then try resending the service books or have data support push the service books for you. You can also try Options->Advanced Options->Host Routing Table, find the bold entry, click the wheel and then choose Register Now (though if this doesn't make them appear you'll have to call).

Do you mean you need help in setting up your yahoo or gmail web based accounts? Or viewing those emails in HTML format? As Takeshi indicated viewing email in html format is not supported...text only. Viewing web based email is supported....just not sure what you are asking here.

My question is similar. Can you you view web pages in a format more like what you see on a persoanl computer? I have looked at after market app's like Minuet and Doc Hawk but don't know if they would help. Most web pages are hard to navigate.

OK, so HTML email cannot be viewed on BB's, but my question is, is there anyway to automatically convert it to text?

I get some HTML emails, and instead of seeing all the links to the pics (spelled out), I would rather just eliminate this stuff all together and have just the text. Is this even remotely a possibility?
