BES connects with 2 devices but not another

I have a client with 3 BB 8320 users setup. Initially all users were connecting fine, until about 2 weeks ago. I now have 1 user that has not had contact with BES since 2/26. I have resent the Service Books several times but I am not that familiar with either the devices or the BES yet. I have taken over the project from the person who set everything up.
It seems that the email was flowing to the device but his Outlook was not synching calendar or contacts.
PLEASE help...my client is getting very frustrated as well as I am.
