As above the phone wont turn on but the LED flashes red, tried leaving the battery out to no avail and the computer wont register it. I have tried sending it to a professional repair place and it had them baffled so they sent it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Be patient and don't skip any steps. It may take up to 20 attempts before it connects.

tried it still nothing, just realised the water indicator is tripped though

If it got wet, then you are probably outta luck. Time for a replacement device.

Maybe warranty void is damage

Rechage your battery is fully.

Remove battery for 5 minute

Using device software to update new OS into phone... next ... Step 2 (reconnect ....) insert pin to phone and wait for complete all step...
