What is the easiest way to donload ringtones to a 7130e? I can not seem to figure it out.

They must be downloaded from a web site.
If you have them on your PC, load them to a web site like coolservice.dk and then download them using the BlackBerry Browser.

I am SURE that the Sticky FAQ Threads at the top of the forum have that information. It has been posted many times..

Ok so can you not load them from your computer using the software that comes with the blackberry?

No. You can only do that with v4.2 on the desktop AND the BB, and there is no 4.2 for the 7130e. You must download them from the Internet.

Ok thanks. What all can you do with the desktop manager?

Load applications
Upgrade the OS
Sync PIM data using Intellisync
Backup/Restore

Basically look at the icons in Desktop Manager.

Although complicated, this can provide USB loading of pictures and ringtones.

If you do it with a pearl or 8800 simulator, you can use the media loader desktop manager.
