Perhaps the answer is for cell phone makers not to issue any specifications or details on new or current phones. If nothing is promised or implied then there can be no misunderstanding! The cell phone carriers can then sell you the phones without you being able to raise any issues about missing features, function or questions about cost. Think about the fun we can have trying to figure out what we bought and what it can do!!!!!!
