I installed the Empower Threaded SMS application, but I'm unable to send an SMS as the person that I send it to never recives the SMS but I'm able to recive SMS messages. I emailed Empower Support and got I recived a reply back from them saying that the Support Team is off for vacation for the rest of the year and will be back next year. I've got Empower SMS viewer and Composer installed on my Berry and it works fine, will having SMS viewer and composer installed along with Threaded SMS cause any problems,I'm using a Pearl 8110?

If the reply to my email to support is correct and the support team is taking a year out then Empower are coming off as a Mickey Mouse operation as no self respecting company would let there support team take a year out.

I doubt they are out the entire year of 2010. Most likely they'll be back to work on Monday 1/4/10.

Be patient and I am sure they'll get back to you. I've have positive experiences with them. Forum member Ani here would likely be able to answer your question.

Yes, they get back with my questions every time I have questions. I don't have that particular app installed so I'm sorry I can't help.
