Question:
I have a user who sometimes gets the "
RED X" when attempting to accept meeting requests. It doesn't happen all the time but does happen. He sees the meeting request on BB, attempts to accept, and gets a RED X. The calander in the BB shows the accepted meeting but Outlook does not reflect the meeting.
Facts:
Model: 8700g
Service: T-Mobile
Platform: Exchange
Things tried:
1. Wiped device and resyncronized.
2. Recreated Out look profile.
3. Had account recreated on the BES server.
When these steps were last done about a month ago, it seemed to resolve the issue. But, client reports that it's happening again.
Have I missed something?
