Just upgraded to a new blackberry 9700
I have 2 nagging issues with my gmail accounts

1) I cannot get the separate inbox for EITHER of my 2 gmail accounts to display sent messages -
under general options in the inbox of the gmail account I
select general options/
hide sent messages= no -
which should display the messages I send in the inbox

I believe this is a GMAIL related problem since sent messages display fine in my general blackberry mailbox and in my att blackberry email inbox

2) I am reposting an earlier problem which didnt attract any solutions and I think I can better describe the problem at this stage-
Gmail threads its conversations - - on my new bold with version 5.0 handheld software these threads appear as one in my blackberry gmail account

the thread will appear with the heading of how many items and the subject matter of the last email BUT NOT THE EMAIL OR NAME of the person with who I am corresponding. With many threads in my inbox- often times with similar subjects or nondescript subjects it is difficult identifying the threads or distinguishing between one and the other -

I know gmail will not allow turning off conversation threading but this is driving me crazy on my b-berry

stop using the enhanced gmail plugin and it should solve your issues

i suspected that was responsible- how do I stop using the plug in ?

uninstall it.

uninstall... then login to your BIS and manually configure your gmail as a pop acct will work too

when I try to uninstall through desktop manager I am not given the option of keeping gmail app and uninstalling enhanced gmail plug in

how can i uninstall just the enhanced gmail plug in
