I sync my BB 8300 with Outlook, all my contacts are in my BB but when one of them calls their name doesn't show up, instead their number show up with a +1 (county code) instead. eg. +14165551212. Over the years I never entered the country code in Outlook when I added a contact so im not sure if this is the reason. Is there a setting I am missing?

go into your phone applications > menu > options > smart dialing
set your country code and your national number length.
